We use the latest high-tech equipment, such as; the Olympus Digital Camera, Sure Test Electrical System Analyzer, the Bacharach Leakator Gas Leak Detector, Laser Guided Infrared Thermometer, Delmhorst Sound Wave Moisture Meter, and many more, to ensure that we give you the most thorough inspection possible. At the conclusion of the inspection, you will be provided with a 20+ page personalized narrative report with pictures explaining any repairs, safety hazards and specific maintenance tips which can avert major problems down the road. We provide you with seasonal maintenance tips, a book, “How To Operate Your Home”, an owner’s manual for your home. Most reports are ready the next day. Inspections are done 7 days a week.
